Administrative Office
Memorial Hall Administrative Office is located in the lower level of Memorial Hall, room 027. Phone: 617.496.4595, fax 617.495.2420. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Note: During term-time, the Memorial Hall Transept is generally open for viewing Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. During non-term time, there may be weekdays when the Transept is closed to visitors. Please call to confirm open hours, especially during summer months and winter recess (mid-December through January.)
Rental Inquiries
Please consult Space Licensing for information regarding Sanders Theatre, Annenberg Hall, and Lowell Lecture Hall. Contact the Program Manager with questions.
Meeting Rooms
Classrooms in Memorial Hall and Lowell Lecture Hall are scheduled by the FAS Registrar’s Office during the term time, Monday through Friday. The rooms are also reserved as support space for performances in Sanders Theatre and Lowell Hall respectively. Availability will be limited at certain times.
Rooms may be reserved by undergraduate student groups officially recognized by the Dean of Students Office for one-time and recurring meetings. Reservations will be accepted at the start of the semester and throughout the term via RoomBook, the FAS room scheduling system. Student group leaders may arrange access to RoomBook through the Dean of Students Office. Rooms reservations are not available during the summer term.

The Harvard Box Office
All public events in Sanders Theatre and Lowell Lecture Hall must be ticketed by the Harvard Box Office. This includes free events.
The Harvard Box Office management office is located at 74 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge. Hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The mailing address is c/o Memorial Hall, 45 Quincy Street room 027, Cambridge, MA 02138.

Access for Patrons with Disabilities
- Memorial Hall is wheelchair accessible. There are ramped entrances by both the Cambridge Street and Kirkland Street entries to the Transept. There is an elevator on the Cambridge Street side of the building.
- Wheelchair accessible seating is available through The Box Office at Sanders Theatre by telephone at 617.496.2222 or in person at The Box Office window. Please note: the Orchestra section of Sanders Theatre is wheelchair accessible; Mezzanine and Balcony sections are not accessible.
- All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
- Sanders Theatre is equipped with Sennheiser RI830 S pendant receivers that can use standard headphones or induction neck loops (all provided) as well as Sennheiser RI 150 Stethoset receivers, available upon request one-half hour before performance time at The Box Office.

- Note that Lowell Lecture Hall is also wheelchair accessible, on all levels.

Lost and Found
When the building reopens, lost and found will located in the Administrative Office, room 027. Call 617.496.4595. Management is not responsible for personal property of patrons and performers. Items not claimed will be given to charity.
Catering
NOTE: Food and drink is not permitted in Sanders Theatre or Lowell Lecture Hall. Other areas, including the lobby area and classrooms, may support food and drink provided we have advance notice and clean up is arranged. The preferred caterer for all events at the Memorial Hall/Lowell Hall Complex is Crimson Catering, 617.496.6000
